Rocklea Renovation Project

At first glance, this Rocklea property showed the signs of a long-term rental, with significant wear and tear and outdated wet areas.

Beneath the surface, however, were many of the features people value most, including hardwood timber floors, decorative cornice and traditional casement windows.

Our role was to identify where improvements would have the greatest impact and guide the renovation from planning through to completion. The result was a refreshed, well-presented home that retained its character while better supporting modern living.
